What’s Included in Your DACA Renewal

Our flat fee covers everything you need to file:

  • Review of your eligibility and prior DACA history

  • Preparation, filing of Forms I-821D and I-765

  • Supporting documentation and cover letter

  • Communication with USCIS

  • Optional: Requests for Evidence (RFE) if issued

Flat fee starts at $600.

USCIS filing fees ($555) are paid separately, directly to the government.

After your free consultation, we'll give you a clear, final quote based on the specifics of your case. (Cases where our fees exceed $600 involve complex immigration history or criminal history.)

Payment plans are available. Ask us during your consultation.

When Should You Renew? ASAP.

USCIS recommends filing your DACA renewal 120 to 150 days before your current work permit expires.

Filing late can lead to a gap in your work authorization — and gaps create problems with employers, driver's licenses, and travel. Our observations suggest USCIS processing times have grown from approximately 30-45 days a year ago to six months presently.

If your DACA expires within the next six months, now is the time to start.

Why Work with an Attorney?

Most DACA renewals are straightforward — but not all. Travel history, any contact with law enforcement (even minor matters), changes in address or employment, or gaps in prior filings can complicate a renewal.

An attorney reviews your full record before filing, identifies issues USCIS might flag, and stands behind the work.
